  • If you happen to run out of hours or need more time during a booking, no worries! You can add additional hours for just $35. We've got you covered!

  • When it's time for your booking, we'll send you an email with all the details on how to get into the studio. If it's your first time, don't worry! Someone will be there to greet you. After your session, just put the key fob back into the lockbox inside the studio. We'll also send you a wrap-up email when you're done, once you've left the studio. Easy-peasy!

  • If you need any assistance with BTS, video, or just overall help, we've got you covered! We offer affordable add-ons for these services. And if you simply need a walk-through or a refresher on how something works, we're happy to provide complimentary demonstrations or a handy manual guide. Just let us know how we can assist you!

  • Yes, we require a two-hour minimum for all bookings, from our experience, very little of quality can take place within an hour. Production, Meetings, etc. This also ensures our calendar bookings are distributed correctly. You also cannot book less than 2 hours apart.
